in the first lecture we looked at coding an LED to flash on and off. The LED would turn on for a 1 second and then turn off for another second on loop.
for the project, Luke and I have decided we would like to try and make an egg that will split into 2 parts, revealing an LED in the centre. we are going to try and code it o that once something comes into close proximity, the egg will close and turn off the LED, then open again once the obstruction moves away. We are toying with the idea of including some form of sound in the model when the egg is closing.
Having looked in to Arduino modules it seems that we would be able to get a reflective sensor for anywhere between 8-15 pounds.
